When you have created a Payment Link, your next step is to share it with the world. This article explains the options you will find on the Payment Link details page. These options will depend on the type of Payment Link you have created.

Button

The [ Button ] option can be used to copy HTML code that can be placed on any website, such as Wordpress, Wix, Webflow, etc. The button is an <a> tag, which links to the hosted Payment Link page at Zaprite, uses your Organization's brand color (if applied) and can be customized by changing the text, corner radius or link behaviour.

Once you have copied the code, the snippet itself can be further edited, by manually adding custom CSS styles or classes or a custom CSS ID to inherit your website theme.

Embed

The [ Embed ] option offers an iframe code snippet that can be dropped onto any website. The <iframe /> is wrapped in a containing <div /> element that can be adjusted manually to fit your website's layout.

Share

The simplest way to share your Payment Link is to copy the live URL.

You can find this URL by clicking the Copy URL link in the contextual menu for the individual Payment Link row on the Payment Links page. The contextual menu can be found by clicking the three dots (vertical ellipsis) at the end of the table row.

Alternatively, if you click the [ Share ] button on the Payment Link details page. This will open a modal with options to copy the URL, scan a QR code, or download a PNG or SVG file of the QR code for use in marketing materials.

URL Builder

The [ URL Builder ] option is a quick and handy way to add UTM tags to your Payment Link and copy the URL for use in online marketing campaigns.

For more information, read our Using UTM Tags in Zaprite article.

Print

The [ Print ] button enables you to print a PDF displaying a QR code that links to the Payment Link URL. This option is great if you are selling goods in person, for example at a conference or market. You can display this printed QR page at a table or booth, and potential customers can scan the QR code, make a payment and display their receipt to claim their goods.
