We updated the Orders table with API Order and API Invoice type labels, and made <code>PENDING</code> available as a Status filter so you can find those orders more easily.

We updated Payment Profiles to show 'Saved on' from the last credential save, and removed the Source Order link from the context menu for a clearer Contact experience.

We fixed a bug where switching Tax between <code>Percentage</code> and <code>Flat</code> on an Invoice could prevent Save or Send from working.
