You can delete your Zaprite account at any time by clicking on Settings tab in the main navigation, then scrolling to the bottom of the General tab.
Under the Delete Organization section, you can click the Delete button to begin the process.
Note: if you only have access to one Organization, your user account will also be deleted. For more information, see What is the difference between an User account and an Organization?
Warning
When you delete an Organization or user account in Zaprite, the data is deleted immediately. There is no way to retrieve this data once it has been deleted. Make sure you download any data you need—such as Orders or Transactions history—before submitting a delete request.
