How can I sign in to Zaprite?

This article explains the various methods you can use to securely access your Zaprite Account.

There are two main ways you can access your Zaprite Account:

  1. Email Login

  2. Passkey

Both options act as a two-factor authentication method.

Email Login

The default Sign Up and Log In method is email magic link. When you enter your email address and click 'Log In', Zaprite will send you a secure link to access your Account. These links are only valid for 5 minutes.

You can change the email address used for Log In anytime as follows:

  1. Click your User Avatar in the top right hand corner.

  2. Click the Profile menu option.

  3. In the General tab, under Sign In, you can add a new email address.

Important: You will receive an activation email to confirm the new email address before it can be activated.

Passkey

Adding a Passkey to your account enables faster sign in as well as offering additional two-factor security.

Managing Passkeys

You can manage Passkeys by adding or removing keys in the User > Security section of your Account.

  1. Click your User Avatar in the top right hand corner.

  2. Click the Profile menu option.

  3. In the Security tab, under Passkeys, you can add a new Passkey.

TIP: Using a password manager such as Apple Passwords, Google Password Manager or 1Password is a secure way to add a Passkey.
