Each Organization in Zaprite requires an active paid Subscription to use our platform products and features.
Free Trial
When creating a new Organization, you will automatically be granted a 30-day Free Trial with full access to all of our features.
When a Free Trial concludes at the end of the month, you will be required to start a paid Subscription in order to continue using Zaprite.
Reminders
You will receive email notifications before your Free Trial expires to remind you to convert to a paid Subscription to enjoy uninterrupted access.
If you do not upgrade to a paid Subscription, your Organization will expire and you will be limited to read-only access.
Note: Existing Checkouts will be disabled for EXPIRED Organization's and you will not be able to receive payments through our hosted Checkouts.
Starting a Subscription
You can login and activate your paid Subscription at any time throughout your Free Trial period. Simply visit the Billing page (Settings > Billing) and select a Monthly or Annual plan, then click the Pay Now button to be brought to the Checkout page.
Note: Your paid Subscription will begin at the end of your Free Trial period, regardless of when you upgrade to a paid Subscription.
Renewing a Subscription
You may renew your Subscription at any time by visiting the Billing page (Settings > Billing) and clicking the Pay Now button to extend your Subscription plan.
Whether you are on a Monthly or Annual plan, you will receive an email notification when your Subscription is due for renewal.
Warning: If you do not renew a Subscription within 7 days, your Organization will be downgraded to read-only mode.
Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting the Billing page (Settings > Billing) and clicking the Cancel Subscription button.
Cancelling a Subscription during your Free Trial
If you are still within your Free Trial period, your plan will simply expire at the end of the month and your Organization will be in read-only mode.
Cancelling a Monthly or Annual Subscription
If you are already on a Monthly or Annual paid plan, your Subscription will expire at the end of your current Subscription period. You will continue to have full access and your Organization will switch to read-only mode on the expiry date.
