Zaprite includes a notification system that alerts merchants when payments fail with one of their Connections during a Checkout process.

Here are some examples of when you might receive a Payment Error notification:
Zaprite can no longer query a Lightning payment from your node.
An incoming bitcoin transaction has dropped from our mempool.
A customer's card was declined by your card processor (Square, Stripe, etc.), e.g.

What should I do if I receive a Payment Error email?
Most of the time these emails can be ignored. However, in certain circumstances you may want to double-check your connection in Zaprite to make sure everything is synced correctly.
