This article explains the various columns of data available in the Transaction CSV export file.

You can export all of your Transaction history to a CSV file. This file can be helpful when working with accountants and tax advisors.

The table below explains the various columns of data available in the CSV download.

Data Columns

Payment Type

The merchant tool used to receive the payment. Example: Invoice, Payment Link, POS, etc.

Product Description

The description added to the Payment Link or Invoice.

Invoice #

If the Transaction was associated with an Invoice, the Invoice number will be shown here.

Payment Method

The Payment Method used for the Transaction. Example: BITCOIN, LIGHTNING, CARD, ACH, APPLEPAY, etc.

Payment Connection

The Connection used for the Transaction. Example: Bitcoin Wallet, Strike, LND, Square, etc.

Accounting Currency

The default currency set for your Organization.

Accounting Amount

The amount of the Transaction in your Organization's Accounting Currency.

Order Currency

The currency the originating Order was denominated in.

Order Amount

The total amount of the originating Order.

Payment Currency

The currency the Transaction was denominated in.

Payment Amount

The total amount of the Transaction.

Settlement Currency

The final settlement currency of the Transaction. Empty, unless the Transaction was converted upon receipt by an external third-party service.

Settlement Amount

The final settlement amount of the Transaction. Empty, unless the Transaction was converted upon receipt by an external third-party service.

Exchange Rate

The Bitcoin exchange rate at the time of the Transaction. Note, this is only set if the Payment Currency is BTC.

Exchange Currency

The currency used for the Exchange Rate. Note, this is always the Accounting Currency and is only set if the Payment Currency is BTC.

Transaction ID

The bitcoin transaction ID, if available.

Status

The current status of the Transaction: PENDING, CONFIRMED, CANCELED.

Order ID

The internal Zaprite ID of the Order.

Contact Name

Customer information, if requested and supplied.

Contact Email

Customer information, if requested and supplied.

Contact Address

Customer information, if requested and supplied.

Direction

Used to identify an income or expense. Example: IN, OUT.
